RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY
User acknowledges the following rights of the Company:
- Remove Content: Company has the right to remove any Published Works/Inputs which it deems objectionable or is infringing, as per its discretion or as required under law.
- Suspension: Company has the right to restrict/suspend/terminate the account of any User to access all or part of the Services, at its discretion, including for violation by the User of these Terms of Use.
- Intellectual Property: The Service and all components thereof including the Website/Application and all logos, trademarks, brand names, service marks, domain names, including designs, and graphics created by and developed by the Company on the Website/Application and other distinctive brand features of the Website/Application are exclusively owned by the Company and all intellectual property rights vested therein belong to the Company.
- Company Content: Any Company Content belongs to the Company or its licensors and assignors. No rights therein transfer to the Users except for the purpose of legitimate use of the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- Personal Data: Company shall process the personal data of the Users submitted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Payment: Company shall decide the terms and conditions associated with any features introduced on the Website/Application pertaining to issue of virtual currency on the Website/Application and the way they can be used by the Users. Such terms shall be as set forth herein or as communicated to the User via the Website/Application
- Legal disclosure: Company may disclose the details of any User or any other details regarding the Published Works/Inputs or take any other action as required under law or a lawful order by government agencies who are authorized to investigate any cyber security incidents.
- Enhance security measures: Company may put in place enhanced security and technical measures from time to time to prevent and tackle violation of copyrights of Users or third parties, as suitable. कंपनी के अधिकार
उपयोगकर्ता, कंपनी के निम्न अधिकारों को स्वीकार करता है:
कंटेंट हटाना: कंपनी के पास स्वविवेक में या कानून के तहत आवश्यक ऐसी किसी भी प्रकाशित रचना/इनपुट को हटाने का अधिकार है जो उसकी नजर में आपत्तिजनक या उल्लंघन करने वाला प्रतीत हो।
निलंबन (सस्पेंशन): कंपनी के पास स्वविवेक में सभी या कुछ सेवाओं तक पहुँच हासिल करने से किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता के खाते को प्रतिबंधित/निलंबित/समाप्त करने का अधिकार है, जिसमें उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा इन उपयोग की शर्तों का उल्लंघन करना शामिल है।
मार्क, डिज़ाइनों पर स्वामित्व: वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन पर कंपनी द्वारा निर्मित या विकसित किए गए डिज़ाइन और ग्राफ़िक सहित समस्त लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क, ब्रांड नाम, सर्विस मार्क, डोमेन नाम तथा वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन के अन्य विशिष्ट ब्रांड फ़ीचर्स पर अनन्य रूप से कंपनी का स्वामित्व है।
व्यक्तिगत डेटा: कंपनी द्वारा गोपनीयता नीति के अनुरूप सबमिट किए गए उपयोगकर्ता के व्यक्तिगत डेटा को प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
कम्पनी का कंटेंट: कोई भी कंटेंट जो कम्पनी का हो या उसके लाइसेंसर और असाइंर्स का हो। यूज़र्स को ‘उपयोग की शर्तों’ के अनुसार सर्विस का उचित उपयोग करने के अलावा कोई भी अधिकार ट्रांसफर नहीं किए गए हैं।
भुगतान: कम्पनी वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन पर वर्चुअल करेंसी से सम्बन्धित और यूज़र उनका उपयोग कर सकें, इसीलिए किसी भी फीचर से जुड़े नियम व शर्तों को तय कर सकती है। ऐसे नियमों के विषय में यहाँ सूचना दी जाएगी या फिर वेबसाइट/एप्लिकेशन द्वारा यूज़र्स को सूचित किया जाएगा।
कानूनी खुलासा: कानून के तहत आवश्यक या साइबर सुरक्षा से जुड़ी किसी भी घटना की छानबीन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत सरकारी एजेंसियों के विधिसंगत आदेश के अनुसार, कंपनी किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता के विवरणों या प्रकाशित रचना/इनपुट के संबंध में किसी भी अन्य विवरण का खुलासा कर सकती है या अन्य कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
सुरक्षा उपायों को बढ़ाना: उपयोगकर्ताओं या तीसरे पक्षों, जो भी मामला हो, के कॉपीराइट के उल्लंघन की रोकथाम या प्रबंधन के लिए, कंपनी द्वारा समय-समय पर सुरक्षा एवं तकनीकी उपायों में बढ़ोतरी की जा सकती है।
